These terms apply to all RAMSIO Digital products and services, including:

By installing, accessing, or using any RAMSIO Digital product (“Product”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Product.
RAMSIO Digital develops and publishes productivity tools and developer utilities distributed through ramsio.tools and third-party platforms (such as the Chrome Web Store).
RAMSIO Markdown Viewer is a free Chrome browser extension that renders Markdown files (.md) with rich formatting, syntax highlighting, math equations, and diagrams. The extension:
Our Products are available to anyone who can legally agree to these Terms. There are no age restrictions because no data is collected and no account is required.
As a user of our Products, you agree to:
Products marked as free are provided free of charge. There are no hidden fees, in-app purchases, or premium tiers for free Products. The Publisher reserves the right to offer paid products separately (such as desktop applications), but free Products will remain free.
All intellectual property rights in our Products belong to RAMSIO Digital. This includes but is not limited to:
Products may incorporate open-source software components, each governed by their respective licenses.
You retain 100% ownership of all files and content you process using our Products. The Publisher claims no rights over your content. Your content is never transmitted outside your browser or device.

The Publisher aims to keep Products available and functional but does not guarantee:
Updates may be released through the applicable distribution channel to fix bugs, improve performance, or add features. Updates are delivered automatically where supported.
Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Publisher disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAMSIO Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of any Product.
The Publisher’s maximum aggregate liability for all claims related to a Product shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that Product (zero for free Products).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RAMSIO Digital from any third-party claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of any Product or violation of these Terms.
The Publisher may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of any Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
You may stop using any Product at any time by uninstalling it. The Publisher may discontinue a Product or revoke access if you violate these Terms. Sections on liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
