RAMSIO Digital — Products & Services
By installing or using any RAMSIO Digital product, you agree to the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use our products.

The Publisher grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide license to use the Product, subject to the terms of this agreement.

Each Product, including its code, design, icons, and documentation, is the intellectual property of RAMSIO Digital. All rights not explicitly granted in this agreement are reserved.
Products may use open-source libraries which retain their original licenses. A list of third-party licenses is available within each Product.
You retain full ownership of all files and content you process using our Products. Our Products process your content entirely locally within your browser or device. No content is transmitted, stored, or accessed by the Publisher.

Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The Publisher does not warrant that:
In no event shall RAMSIO Digital be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
The Publisher’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product (which is zero for free editions).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAMSIO Digital from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of any Product or violation of this agreement.
This agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Product.
You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Product.
The Publisher may release updates to Products from time to time. Updates may modify features, fix bugs, or address security issues. By using a Product, you consent to receiving automatic updates through the applicable distribution channel (e.g., Chrome Web Store).
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
If any provision of this agreement is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Publisher regarding the Product and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
